The portraits I create are meant to portray the magic of the human experience. Being able to experience all the "good" and the "bad" of the human world, is an extraordinary adventure. This goal is accomplished through the facial expressions, and most importantly, the eyes of the subjects.

This piece was my first landscape. This is a popular piece not just because of the subject but because of the way the abstract and the realism connect throughout the piece. The depth and layering was a new concept and challenge for me as an artist.
